Description

• This is a full time position. • We're currently building out a product team that will work on our entire platform. • We care deeply about creating useful and delightful experiences. • We want you to be a person that can see a problem, solve it, and own shipping that project end to end. • In this early stage of building our product team, we are looking for designers with several years of experience. • As a Senior Product Designer, you will mainly work on building and enhancing Dashboard and our native applications. • You will help establish a design culture within the company and contribute to the product direction. • This role will have a direct impact on the daily operations of our customers, utilizing Dispel's remote access solutions. • We are a 100% fully remote company (U.S. only).

Requirements

• You have 7+ years of experience designing applications (web and native) in cross-functional product teams. • You have outstanding interaction and UI skills. • You create flows and experiences that can realistically be built within a given time-frame. • You want to keep building out and evolve our internal design system. • You have experience working through complex problems and can untangle business requirements. • You want to build a design team and help build a design culture. • You are a fast learner. • You have experience with Git and Figma. • You can use HTML + CSS + basic Javascript. • You have a succinct portfolio highlighting your 3 best projects. • Extra Credit: You can build and polish features directly in code (React ideally). • You are dedicated to building diverse and inclusive product teams. • You have a customer-centric mindset. • You can navigate complex problems while keeping sight of the overall product vision. • You have a willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn and try again. • You have a passion for learning new disciplines and gaining a deep understanding of how others on the team work. • You have an ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both in-person and over team chat.
