Description

• At Divvy Homes, we're building an on-ramp to homeownership. • As our Payment Operations Lead, you will oversee multiple payment management functions. • Your success will be measured by your impact on rent collection and delinquency metrics. • You will execute daily tasks and manage external local counsels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of property management, payment operations, or similar experience • Prior experience overseeing projects and assets • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills • Experienced at building strong working relationships and cross-functional collaboration • Ability to create a vision and translate it into detailed and prioritized plans • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally • Basic SQL and BI skills preferred
