β€’ The Partner Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our existing Independent Sales Organization (ISO) partner network. β€’ This role involves building strong relationships with existing ISO partners, while driving new business opportunities, and ensuring that our partners are well-supported and equipped to promote DNA Payments' solutions. β€’ Key Responsibilities include Partner Relationship Management, Account Management, Sales and Revenue Growth, Training and Support, Performance Monitoring, Market Analysis, Collaboration, and Reporting.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Partner / Channel management, business development, or sales within the payments or fintech industry, with a focus on Account Management or Partnerships. β€’ Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment processing, merchant services, and the role of ISO partners. β€’ Strong Account Management skills β€’ Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. β€’ Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding partner networks. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. β€’ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
