Join 900+ global Docebians and change the way people learn.  • Are you ready to be a part of the learning revolution? 🚀 • The Manager, Solutions Consulting (Enterprise) reports into the Global Director of Solutions Consulting. • This integral team member is a leader for our Solutions Consulting team and provides coaching and mentorship of Solution Consultants around demo delivery, proof of concepts, technical feasibility of the proposed solution, and subject matter expertise for our product suite. • It is important that one has a strong customer centric mentality and genuine curiosity for the breadth of the customers’ real business challenges, along with the ability to match our growing solution portfolio to solve them.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, pre-sales or equivalent management experience in Enterprise SaaS sales • Learning Technology or HCM technology experience is an asset. • Experience selling into organizations with 5000+ employees. • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Business acumen, ability to deal with conflict and resolve appropriately • Well versed with sales processes as it relates to pre-sales and solution selling • Strong leadership, communication, prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Experience with cloud-based solutions • Familiarity with MEDDPICC is an asset • Proficiency in Salesforce is an asset • Ability to travel to United States and Canada
