📋 Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Partner Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team who are responsible for optimizing the success of Docker’s Sales & GTM teams to accelerate our revenue growth. Your primary focus will be reviewing, streamlining and building channel processes and systems including our Partner portal, deal registration and Partner activation processes. An ideal candidate is a start-up builder who has experience in working with global Partner teams, and has worked closely with Salesforce, Tackle and Allbound.
🎯 Requirements
7+ years of experience in Partner Operations working closely with Partner leadership Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company Track record of defining channel operational processes and collaborating with technology teams for successful implementation of projects Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Technically savvy with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tackle & Allbound Confident in understanding and implementing Partner related policies and processes into business systems Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable plans within a fast paced environment Comfortable and familiar with cross-functional collaboration Understand a variety of channel motions and different types of partnerships Energy, enthusiasm, and love of building
