Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a TAP with a track record of hiring outstanding talent. • Experience in hiring operational roles (sales, marketing, customer success, finance). • Real passion for Talent Acquisition. • Experience in high-volume hiring with inbound and outbound techniques. • Ownership in end-to-end recruitment and updating senior management. • Amazing collaboration skills, detail-oriented, and organized. • Proficiency in Spanish and upper-intermediate English levels. • ATS & LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a bonus.
