• Ensure all contractual terms are legally sound and in the best interest of IonQ • Draft and negotiate contracts with cloud customers and providers • Customize contracts to fit unique technical needs • Negotiate favorable terms for contracts • Review contracts for accuracy and compliance • Monitor compliance with contract terms • Stay updated on laws and regulations impacting contracts
🎯 Requirements
• 6-10 years of relevant experience from law firms and in-house positions • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Excellent drafting skills • Ability to collaborate with all levels of management • Demonstrated ability to manage outside counsel and work independently • Ability to manage multiple projects • J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one state
