Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web application development • Expert-level knowledge of React, TypeScript, Node, and responsive CSS • Proficiency with modern web frameworks (e.g. Next.js) and a component-based architecture within a design system (e.g. building blocks of Radix, shadcn) • Experience JSON API integration and backend technologies (Node, Python, or Go) • Expertise creating complex frontend applications with multiple data sources, incorporating caching strategies (e.g. Redis, CDNs) and implementing robust, graceful error handling • Commitment to writing clean, well-designed, and thoroughly tested code • Ability to lead technical team projects including technical design, scoping, and estimation • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Self-directed with a passion for continuous learning and customer advocacy • Ability to take ownership of challenges with a positive, improvement-focused attitude
