• At Doist, our mission is to empower people with simple yet powerful tools. • We’re a multidisciplinary, fully-remote, team that’s passionate about creating products, like Todoist and Twist, that improve people’s lives. • In this role you’ll improve the daily habits of millions of personal Todoist users and teams within small businesses, by writing content, coordinating campaigns and growing the reach of our social media channels. • You’ll create simple yet powerful content aimed at transforming chaos into clarity, and empowering people to reach their full potential. • Whether you’re writing Inspiration Hub posts, drafting YouTube scripts, or creating campaigns, your work will inspire and engage a global, diverse audience while increasing Todoist’s presence through thoughtful use of social media and impactful stories. • Doist is a high-growth, profitable, bootstrapped company that doesn’t have the luxury of hiring a 100-person marketing team. • You’ll collaborate closely with teams and squads across marketing, product, design, customer experience, and external writers, finding fast, simple, effective ways to turn ideas into campaigns that contribute to delivering our 2x growth ambitions. • On a day-to-day basis, you’ll: • Write engaging long-form content that connects with personal and business users. • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Grow the size of our social media followers while maintaining engagement. • Present on camera for campaigns and social content. • Collaborate with in-house and external teams to deliver projects. • Use AI tools strategically to streamline and enhance content creation. • Create user-centered campaigns that build trust and inspire adoption.
• You’re a skilled writer with a talent for crafting content that informs, inspires, and drives engagement. • You have hands-on experience growing social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), knowledge of on-page SEO and feel confident being on camera as one of the faces of Doist. • Coordinating multi-channel campaigns, managing resources, and balancing creativity with efficiency comes naturally to you. • You’ll bring experience of using AI tools thoughtfully to make content creation more efficient while ensuring tight alignment and continuity to our brand strategy, and tone of voice. • With experience coordinating campaigns that go-to-market across multiple simultaneous channels, you’ll be confident, fast and proactively communicate marketing campaign plans, schedules and messages. • Highly organized, with exceptional project management skills. • Creative and unafraid to experiment with new formats (please share examples). • Collaborative, respectful, and skilled at balancing diverse perspectives. • Empathetic, user-focused, and driven by what’s best for our community. • A Todoist user—it’s just easier for everyone ¯\(ツ)/¯
