Description

• Our Business Development Manager will be an integral part of our sales team in APAC. • We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual with the desire to be a leader. • Responsible for teaching, coaching, developing and by example leading the BDR team. • Report to the Global Director of Business Development and work closely with marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a manager of a sales team • Passion for sales and technology - we want leaders who love what they do and inspire their team • Effective verbal and written communication skills • A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success • Critical problem solving skills to handle customer questions and overcome objections • Experience managing and developing a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities within a CRM • Entrepreneurial spirit, general scrappiness, with the drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges. • Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm • Ability to travel for company events
