• The role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing grant-funded environmental projects. • Leads community engagement activities related to revitalization planning. • Consults with clients to prepare plans, reports, and community engagement strategies.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, geology, urban planning/design, or another science from an accredited institution. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager. • Minimum 10 years of experience planning, executing, and/or overseeing Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), remediation, and/or site-specific reuse and/or area-wide Planning activities. • Experience organizing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating group efforts. • Exhibit discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality at all times. • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite of computer-aided software (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, ArcGIS, etc.).
