Description

• Oversee planning, implementation, and execution of assigned projects. • Coordinate with Builder/Customer to define project scope and goals. • Define project tasks and resource requirements. • Secure subcontractors for installation and ensure that they have a good understanding of project requirements. • Coordinate with office support staff to confirm appropriate resources and materials are available. • Monitor and report the progress of assigned projects to all stakeholders. • Manage project changes and implement appropriate interventions to achieve project goals (i.e., change orders or material shortages/overages). • Assure all entities representing the company on the job site comply with the company safety plan. • Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. • Investigate customer issues or complaints if any should arise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience preferred • Must hold a valid TN driver's license • Must maintain excellent Motor Vehicle Report.
