📋 Description
• Expand broker business in targeted markets with our non-QM products. • Consistently close $5MM+ in volume per month, working alongside our brokers to structure creative deals. • Attract new brokers while growing existing relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience. • Collaborate with colleagues across departments, influencing and contributing to overall company success.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3-4 years of experience in expanding broker business in non-QM products • 5+ years in the mortgage industry • A Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred, but if you have the right experience, we want to talk! • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your pipeline, overcome challenges, and deliver results
