📋 Description

• Doppio – a leading Infor Alliance and Delivery Partner in North America – is seeking a results-driven VP of Delivery Services to provide leadership to our consulting team in successful execution of Infor M3 implementation and migration projects as well as application managed services. • At a high level, this person will oversee the consulting organization across multiple areas of expertise, ensuring that projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards and support services are also provided with the highest standards and meet SLA commitments. • The VP of Delivery Services will drive operational excellence, resource optimization, and customer satisfaction while fostering a high-performance consulting culture. • They will also lend their consulting expertise to our sales process, helping pitch and scope work. • Since we are a growth company, this individual will drive development of best practices, while also providing mentorship and guidance to enable meaningful career progression to our global consulting team.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in ERP consulting services, including client management responsibilities and hands-on understanding on how to execute Infor ERP specific projects, specifically at least 5 years with Infor M3 and industry CloudSuites. • Meaningful experience working with cross functional teams to deliver client-specific outcomes while leveraging industry-specific awareness. • Ability to understand large data findings to draw conclusions and convey actionable recommendations. • Proven ability to collaborate and build long-term client relationships, by taking initiative, and being a creative problem-solver. • Experience leading a team, including helping more junior team members craft career plans, and providing coaching/ feedback as well as attracting senior talent, including independent contractors. • History of being accountable for delivering against measurable business goals and objectives. • Change management experience, specifically experience with developing new ways of doing things and then implementing them to the point that they become ingrained in the team. • Experience driving process improvements. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth consulting environment. • Strong financial acumen and comfortable with analyzing data to make decisions. • Able and open to travel ~25% throughout the US and Canada.
