Description

Doppler is a SecretOps platform that enables developers and security teams to keep their secrets secure and in sync wherever they run their code. •Partnering with customer-facing teams to enhance new Enterprise customer experiences during demos and POC. •Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to navigate customer objections and integrate Doppler into software stacks.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience•1+ years experience in a customer-facing role•1+ years experience in a technical sales/solutions engineering role e.g. sales engineer•An enthusiastic, strong, technical generalist•Strong consistent work ethic and attention to detail•Adaptability and eagerness to embrace feedback•Familiarity with CRM software (SalesForce is a bonus!)•Ability to build great relationships with prospects; doing so in a fast-moving environment•Strong technical aptitude and the desire to become even more fluent in the product•Experience with cloud platforms, technologies, and patterns - AWS/GCP/Azure, docker/k8s, CI/CD, API’s, and command line tools (CLI)•Eagerness to engage with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to shape our brand and our product•Ability to think on your feet, and solve problems during calls with technical customers•Genuine curiosity!
