• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, data analysis, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a background in startups preferred. • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads), SEO, content marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships. • Experience in planning and executing creative online/offline events. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong sense of execution and results orientation. • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability, with the ability to pivot strategies in a dynamic environment.
