Description

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive our demand generation efforts. You will be pivotal in planning, building and executing omni-channel campaigns aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and demand for DoseSpot and pVerify products. Measure and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable insights and best practices to optimize ongoing campaigns. Work closely with the product management, sales, and creative teams to execute marketing initiatives that support sales objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field At least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, omni-channel marketing, and events management Experience in health tech or a related industry is strongly preferred Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, along with the ability to identify other channels Familiar with the lead process and ability to track KPI’s on the process Practical experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads RollWorks, WordPress or other like software/marketing platforms Proven track record of developing and executing successful data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team player with strong collaboration skills Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
