• ShopMy is a platform for creator marketing integration. • We help brands discover creators, execute gifting campaigns, and manage communications. • Creators build digital storefronts and generate commissionable links. • Seeking Manager, Creator Growth to lead outbound creator acquisition strategies. • Design and execute email outreach campaigns targeting top creators. • Collaborate with Brand side to onboard beneficial talent. • Create ongoing and time-bound campaigns for talent acquisition. • Manage targeted email marketing campaigns using CRM tools. • Optimize creator outreach funnels and track acquisition metrics. • Stay updated on creator economy trends and competitive strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field. • 3-4 years of experience in business development, acquisition or growth strategy, or outbound marketing, ideally within a venture-backed startup or high-growth environment. • Strong understanding of CRM tools and email marketing strategies, with hands-on experience executing campaigns. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to act as an intermediary between internal teams and external stakeholders. • Data-driven mindset with a track record of using analytics to drive decisions and optimize growth. • Passionate about the creator economy. • Detail oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
