β€’ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Account Specialist to join our Client Growth Team. β€’ Responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our existing clients. β€’ Involves regular outreach to ensure client satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities. β€’ Will have at least 10 client conversation/check-in calls daily. β€’ This is a commission-based position based on sales to existing clients. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. β€’ Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. β€’ Minimum of 2 years of account management experience. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. β€’ Proficient in using Salesforce and other sales tools. β€’ Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
