β’ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Account Specialist to join our Client Growth Team. β’ Responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our existing clients. β’ Involves regular outreach to ensure client satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities. β’ Will have at least 10 client conversation/check-in calls daily. β’ This is a commission-based position based on sales to existing clients. β’ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. β’ Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. β’ Minimum of 2 years of account management experience. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. β’ Proficient in using Salesforce and other sales tools. β’ Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
