β€’ Maintain regular contact with existing clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. β€’ Develop and execute sales themes for each round of outreach to promote relevant products and services. β€’ Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. β€’ Record and track all client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in Salesforce. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery. β€’ Monitor client accounts to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities. β€’ Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and sales activities to the management team. β€’ Stay updated with industry trends and company products to provide clients with relevant information and advice. β€’ Travel to different wine regions around the country to conduct onsite visits with existing clients and sales leads. β€’ Attend relevant industry trade shows. β€’ Account Specialist will have a sales quota each month that must be met. β€’ Daily communication with clients to ensure consistent engagement and relationship building. β€’ Document client conversations and ensure every client is contacted, at minimum, each quarter. β€’ Develop a quarterly sales strategy for client outreach.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. β€’ Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. β€’ Minimum of 2 years of account management experience. β€’ Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. β€’ Proficient in using Salesforce and other sales tools. β€’ Goal Orientation: Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
