Requirements

β€’ 3+ years working in B2B growth marketing or paid media management, with demonstrated experience in end-to-end paid campaign processes, including setup, budget allocation, bid optimization, and ongoing performance tracking β€’ Extensive experience managing campaigns on key paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, experience in Metadata.io for management is preferred) with a hyper-attention to detail, accuracy in campaign and audience setup, targeting, and tracking β€’ Data-led decision making and analytical skills. You are expected to utilize ad platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure ROI, track KPIs, and continuously refine campaign strategies based on data insights β€’ Self-starter in project and task management via Asana β€’ Experience working with CRM and marketing automation technologies such as Hubspot, Chili Piper, and Salesforce β€’ Creative and empathetic thinker; you always think customer first β€’ Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams with a win-as-a-team mentality β€’ You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
