📋 Description
• Guide and manage a cross-functional SCRUM team of software engineers • Drive the ongoing transformation of dotCMS cloud • Implement and maintain SaaS practices • Mentor and coach team members • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team • Participate in on-call rotation and maintenance activities • Monitor and analyze platform metrics • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with technologies like Kubernetes, AWS, Linux, PostgreSQL, Terraform, Java • Deep understanding of client/server architecture and web application development • Experience as a technical product owner is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Ability to identify patterns and requirements • Identifies and resolves blockers quickly
