• A strong empathy for doctors and clinicians, and an interest in the profession and culture of medicine • Proven experience building, launching, and growing multiple products across web and mobile platforms • Highly analytical and data driven - you should thrive in an environment with rapid experimentation and have a strong desire to drive positive business impact • Results oriented, ranging from big bets that change the product’s growth trajectory to quick wins that continuously remove friction for our users • Resourcefulness – translate creative thought into practical action with the team and tools that you have • You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, a master disambiguator/simplifier, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery • You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on • Creative product brainstorming experience to apply growth tactics to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience • Curiosity with an extreme attention to detail that drives self-audit of your work, need to understand complex systems and simplify topics • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners • Looking for a startup style environment that smartly and quickly delivers new features to market • Familiarity with relational data models, SQL query skills a plus
