• DOZR is a marketplace for the online rental of heavy equipment. • Help contractors find equipment rentals anywhere, anytime. • Build and execute on outbound sales strategy. • Collaborate with organizational leaders and develop team processes. • Oversee day-to-day operations and team performance.
• 8+ years of experience in outbound sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2C sales environment, preferable in a high touch client service industry. • You have a proven track record of hitting quota, overcoming objections, and designing & executing opportunity plans that generate growth. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. • Experience in a 2-sided marketplace an asset. • Strong leadership and mentorship skills and experience leading a small team of outbound sales representatives and account managers. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong customer-focused mentality. • Data-driven mindset and comfort leveraging CRM platforms, Excel and other key sales-enablement tools. • Ability to navigate the internal environment, including working well with senior management and building strong relationships with employees and team leads from all departments (Product, Marketing/CRM, and others). • A positive attitude and natural inclination to ‘go the extra mile’ for DOZR and its customers. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
