📋 Description

• We are seeking a Director of Scientific Affairs to lead and oversee the scientific affairs and communications efforts at AG1. • Reporting to the Chief Nutrition Officer, this role is responsible for setting the strategy and execution of scientific education, practitioner partnerships, and external scientific communications. • This individual will lead a team dedicated to ensuring AG1 maintains its scientific credibility, healthcare professional engagement, and evidence-based storytelling. • The role will work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, communications, regulatory, and external affairs to ensure AG1 scientific messaging is compelling, credible, and aligned with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in scientific affairs, communications, or education within nutrition, health sciences, or a related industry. • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or similar preferred) in Nutrition, Biology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related field. • Proven track record of leading scientific communications and healthcare professional engagement at a strategic level. • Strong experience in translating complex scientific data into compelling and accessible messaging for multiple audiences including claims. • Demonstrated expertise in building and managing high-performing teams within a scientific or educational function. • Experience working with key opinion leaders, industry stakeholders, and research institutions to drive scientific credibility and partnerships. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to represent AG1 at scientific conferences, industry events, and media engagements.
