We leverage and contribute to the latest research to deliver a powerful, straightforward solution for optimal health to our customers. • We are looking for a highly motivated and well-rounded Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing Quality team at AG1. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. • This role involves supporting the Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, monitoring and analyzing product and process performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. • Reporting to the Sr. Director, Quality Assurance, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical process control and be able to develop action plans to address quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent, are highly desirable. • A minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in a quality engineering role, with demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies. Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automotive) is preferred. • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality assurance testing, and product safety evaluations. • Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards such as. • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and statistical methods. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying root causes, developing effective corrective and preventive action plans, and successfully implementing solutions to address quality issues. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership. • Proven leadership capabilities with experience leading quality initiatives, driving change, and influencing others. • Excellent data collection and analysis skills, minitab. • Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of quality processes are thoroughly monitored and maintained.
