📋 Description

• AG1 is seeking a Retail Club Manager to spearhead our expansion within major club retailers. • This high-impact role is responsible for developing and executing our AG1 commercial partnership and retail strategy, forging strong relationships with key account stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional in-store execution to maximize brand visibility and sales performance. • Reporting to the Vice President, Retail, you will lead trade marketing initiatives, negotiate high-stakes deals, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize our retail presence. The successful candidate is an experienced retail account manager who has a deep understanding of the club channel. • This role requires tenacity, strong partnership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced & high-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in national account management with a high-growth CPG brand within the club retail channel, specifically with Costco. • A proven track record of driving sales growth and executing successful trade marketing strategies. • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop high-impact partnerships. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business plans. • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and flawless execution in both marketing and retail initiatives. • Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition, with an understanding of the evolving consumer landscape. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
