📋 Description
• Build and strengthen relationships with fertility clinic partners. • Ensure seamless clinic onboarding and foster long-term engagement. • Track and analyze clinic performance using key metrics and reporting dashboards. • Visit every clinic within the first 2 months of onboarding. • Conduct in-person visits every 3 months to strengthen partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in provider network management, ideally in the fertility industry. • Relationship builder, comfortable engaging with frontline staff and C-suite executives. • Ability to create and optimize processes that drive efficiency and results. • Love using data and insights to guide strategy and improve performance. • Creative problem-solver who digs deep to uncover real needs and craft meaningful solutions. • Open to regular travel to maintain and strengthen clinic relationships.
