📋 Description

• Interwell Health is a kidney care management company that partners with physicians on its mission to reimagine healthcare. • The main objective of the Healthcare Operational Excellence Manager is to help us meet Interwell Health’s strategic and performance goals through continuous improvement and innovation within healthcare operations. • You will build close partnerships with Healthcare Operations teams to understand their needs, develop solutions to their challenges, roll out change, and analyze results before iterating. • You will review operational processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally on problem solving and planning, and lead delivery of change to the Healthcare Operations team. • Ultimately, you will help us improve health outcomes for our patients and reduce the total cost of care.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Ability to inspire and influences cross-functional teams and departments to collaborate seamlessly on shared organizational goals. • Experience developing and managing operational initiatives to deliver tactical results. • Demonstrated track record of • Project management and delivery experience • Healthcare experience or education  • Using analytical tools, such as Amplitude, PowerBI, Tableau to inform decision-making • Developing communications for multiple levels of audiences • Value-based care or care management industry experience or education • Change management / continuous improvement methodology experience or education • Startup, Operations, Product or management consulting experience
