📋 Description

• AG1 is seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Technical Operations Contractor. • This role covers critical technical tasks during a 4-month parental leave. • Ensure audit and compliance standards, manage email security protocols, and support application integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in systems administration, audit, and compliance within Enterprise SaaS environments, ensuring secure and efficient platform management. • Strong technical aptitude with email authentication protocols, domain security management, and API/integration support. • Demonstrated ability to investigate and analyze security incidents, providing clear and actionable reports. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven knack for process improvement. • Develop and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration documentation, system architecture overviews, and internal SOPs. • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
