• Caliwater is a functional beverage derived from prickly pear cactus, offering rapid hydration, low sugar, and sustainable benefits. • The right candidate is joining the business early, with the opportunity to quickly develop their career. • We are hiring our first Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts. • You will be responsible for building and implementing campaigns across digital channels, managing budgets, tracking performance, and continuously improving efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successfully managing digital campaigns and channels. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid media. • Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies to optimize campaigns. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to work market and be available for travel. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Benefits

• Base salary of $90,000 - $120,000 • Paid time off • Potential for equity
