• Olipop is on a mission to provide an affordable, delicious alternative to soda that delivers leading-edge health benefits to mainstream consumers. • We're looking for an Art Director to create bold visuals for various platforms. • You will execute 360 creative campaigns and collaborate with different teams. • You will ensure visual consistency across all brand channels and stay updated with design trends. • You need to be creative, resourceful, and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• 6+ years of experience in art direction, preferably experience within an agency, CPG brand or both • A strong, well-curated portfolio that demonstrates a range of work—from big ideas to finely crafted execution across a range of mediums • Proven ability to develop the creative process from concept to final deliverables across all touchpoints: digital, social, and campaign work • Exceptional taste and a clear point of view when it comes to visual storytelling, typography, composition, and color • Experience developing and executing 360° brand campaigns across social, OOH, retail, web, and experiential • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or other design tools • An iterative mindset—comfortable refining ideas, testing creative approaches, and evolving designs based on feedback and performance • Ability to work fluidly between hands-on design work and high-level creative direction • Strong communication and presentation skills—you can sell a vision, give clear feedback, and inspire a team • Ability to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Deep understanding of cultural trends, aesthetics, and how brands show up in the world today • Willingness to travel occasionally for photoshoots, events, and creative productions (estimated 25% travel)
