• The VP, Innovation will spearhead the strategy, development and execution of our innovation strategy; • Driving new product development, enhancing existing products, and identifying market trends to ensure that OLIPOP remains at the forefront of the soda industry. • This role will be crucial in shaping the future direction of our product offerings and ensuring alignment with market demands and consumer preferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience (12+ years) in strategic innovation, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, digital marketing, and market analysis. • Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Depth of experience in CPG and the retail environment with proven success in collaborating with sales to expand distribution, product portfolio and relationships with key customers. • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (POS, panel data, CRM, analytics platforms, etc.).
