Description

• Own all user acquisition and retention efforts — driving and reporting on key metrics including conversion rates, new buyers, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime value), and ROI (Return on investment). • Optimize our digital marketing strategy, creative, and budget allocation across paid spend, affiliate partnerships, influencer, and more. • Manage team of 5+ direct reports providing daily support with prioritization, xFC coordination, and feedback on content. • Build and execute a flexible, replicable playbook to collaborate with Drip streamers, collectibles influencers, and other partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience directly owning growth results across several channels. • Speak Fluent English • 3+ years of experience at a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup. • Strong analytical background and ability to translate data into insight into action. • Fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels including owned (email, social), influencer, paid and earned (SEO, organic); ideally you have one of these channels that you are stellar at. • Willing – and excited – to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done. • Track record of thoughtful team development and people management. • Demonstrated success collaborating with Product/Engineering teams to implement growth perspective into roadmap and product development process.
