Description

• As a Sales Support Specialist, you will make every customer want to use Auto Glass Now • Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for customer’s glass needs • Answer phones and return customer calls • Provide excellent customer service • Attention to detail is required • Ensure accuracy when booking all appointments • Input documentation on calls and follow-up with callers • Confirm all customer information is correct before booking • Be professional and have a positive attitude

Requirements

• Must have a sales background for the experienced pay • Must have a positive attitude and customer service • Must have basic computer skills • Must have strong communication skills • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus! • Prior phone or call center experience is a plus! • Home Internet • Must have open availability including Holidays and weekends • Comfortable working a fast-paced environment
