Description

• We are looking for a passionate SR Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving peak performance. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient coordination and execution of projects aimed at optimizing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall brand performance. • This role will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning/ scope definition, project scheduling, stakeholder communication to drive successful project outcomes, and delivery on time and within budget. • Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. • Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management. • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost. • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions. • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. • Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. • Provides resolution to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. • Exercises judgment within defined policies, procedures, and practices to determine appropriate action. • Contributions to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives. • Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters. • Builds productive internal and/or external working relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience. • Demonstrated ability to establish and effectively manage projects, budgets, and timelines. • Ability to work independently and within a group environment. • Excellent and professional communication skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle a variety of complex issues and demands. • Preferred: Master’s / Graduate Degree / PMP Certification
