• Project managers are part of our team to design resilient, cost-effective data centers. • Our team is responsible for achieving a world class uptime for our customers. • You will be responsible for managing aspects of project document development. • Maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule for large complex data center projects. • Work closely with the cross-functional design disciplines in coordination with our MEP design engineering team and construction project managers.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience as a Project Manager working on data center projects. • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Design preferred. • Possess a high level of technical proficiency in the production of drawings. • Proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standards including IBC, IFC, NFPA. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. • Finds innovative solutions prior to and during the construction process to reduce costs without negative impacts on quality or reliability. • Proficient in the use of REVIT, 3D/BIM modeling and CAD computer modeling and rendering software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam. • Ability to support work for/in other offices which may include over-night travel throughout the US.
