β€’ The Customer Success Strategist will address the needs of our customers by taking an expert consultative approach. β€’ Engage with existing customers to maximize customer stickiness and reduce churn. β€’ Maximize MRR by selling opportunities where needed and applicable. β€’ Daily activities include engaging with customers, communicating internally to key CX Leaders, and navigating workflow tasks in various platforms.

Requirements

β€’ Communication - The ability to communicate effectively is vital within this position. β€’ Adaptability - SaaS continues to be a model for technology driving and delivering innovation to companies worldwide. β€’ Situational Awareness - Ability to analyze our customer's situational needs and help them move forward with eyes on goals. β€’ Initiative - A strong sense of urgency, and driven by a desire for customer success, goal attainment, and company objectives. β€’ Industry Knowledge : Recruitment experience in transportation industry Required. β€’ Skills/Experience for Success: β€’ Sales and/or Recruitment experience in trucking industry β€’ Experience using and/or knowledge of our software or similar β€’ Product & Services knowledge β€’ Trucking Industry expertise β€’ Partnership knowledge β€’ Aggressive self-starter attitude and work ethic β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. β€’ Proven track record of a sense of urgency and proactive approach. β€’ Rapid learning ability with a knack for teaching others.
