Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; in business, technology or MBA preferred • 6+ years’ experience in Business/Solutions Analysis, Product Ownership, IT Solutions discipline, or relevant experience in a fast-paced business environment • 3+ years leadership experience • Proven experience leading agile software development teams • Understanding of Software Quality Assurance processes • Experience in capturing and articulating business needs to Agile development teams • Experience with Microsoft product suite, Miro, Target Process, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, OneNote
