β€’ Retain assigned health system clients through renewals β€’ Grow revenue by selling Press Ganey solutions β€’ Serve as strategic relationship manager for clients β€’ Deliver consistently on financial growth targets β€’ Analyze client needs to identify growth opportunities β€’ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations β€’ Work cross-functionally to fulfill client needs β€’ Maintain records of sales activities in CRM

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of account management and/or sales experience β€’ Understanding of healthcare opportunities and challenges β€’ SaaS solutions experience highly preferred β€’ Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills β€’ Solid working knowledge of strategic planning and execution β€’ Strong relationship building skills β€’ Demonstrated leadership qualities and organizational skills β€’ Must be results driven β€’ Flexibility to travel up to 50% or more
