📋 Description

• The Analyst on the Treasury Governance team is responsible for planning, developing, and performing strategic reviews and audits across various Treasury operations to achieve both risk-based and compliance goals. • For risk-based reviews, the focus and goals will change year-to-year based on risk assessment by Treasury leadership. • Conduct compliance audits ensuring tasks follow established guidelines, serving as quality control for key functions within Treasury. • Interact with various Treasury groups, providing visibility to Treasury leadership for career growth opportunities. • Develop, present, and execute an annual governance assessment plan responding to Treasury risks and controls. • Contribute to the scoping of risk-based reviews and compliance audits, creating detailed programs to assess Treasury’s health. • Identify organizational risk areas, ensuring adequate processes and controls are in place. • Liaison for compliance governing bodies including Accounting Policy and KPMG during audits. • Explore AI opportunities for fraud detection and conduct limited investigations. • Assist with presentations to Treasury leaders on audits, observations, and organizational health improvements. • Provide governance to daily activities of the company’s credit lines and issued financial instruments.

• Prior Treasury or auditing experience • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Critical thinker with an ability to present conclusions in a concise manner • Self-starter with an ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time • Effective listener and time manager
