•About Us: DroneSense offers a drone software platform for public safety market needs. •Our mission-critical platform enhances situational awareness for First Responders. •We seek an experienced Network Solutions Engineer for customer deployments. •The role involves troubleshooting network connectivity problems and client interaction. •Ideal candidates will combine network engineering knowledge with consultative client support. •You'll work closely with clients and engineering teams for reliable communication.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. •4+ years of experience in a client facing solutions engineering role •Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, QoS) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) •Proficiency with network monitoring tools and protocols (e.g., Wireshark, SNMP, SDN). •Experience with drone technology, IoT, or related fields is highly advantageous. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •A low-ego, team-first mentality. •You know when to get your hands dirty and when to lead through influence. •Able to execute on objectives with high level direction and minimal supervision. •Able to travel up to 50%
