Description

• We are seeking a Director of Product to lead and scale the strategic growth initiatives of our organization. • This role will focus on optimizing customer acquisition, activation, and retention, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to a growing user base. • As the leader of the growth product team, you'll help turn Dash into a PLG powerhouse by building and optimizing best-in-class user acquisition and activation experiences and flows. • You’ll also lead the design and strategy for our notification and self-service systems to support our goals. • You will lead and build a team of best-in-class PM leaders who obsess over customers and move fast in a highly ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product experience in a medium/larger software company and/or early stage startup experience leading a high growth area. • Deep experience with growth frameworks and methodologies, such as PLG, user-get-user virality, funnel optimization, and have demonstrated a metrics-driven approach to problem-solving. • You love building products that make our customers feel joy, delight and trust - you care deeply about the product craft and practice. • You have demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers at scale in a growth-oriented capacity, including expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing and customer-led product iteration and improvement. • Deep organization capabilities, especially in regards to influence, collaboration and communication.
