Description

• As a Product Engineer at OTC, you'll design, develop, and maintain AI-powered software applications. • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and ML engineers to build scalable solutions. • Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and optimization. • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements. • Develop responsive and performant frontend applications using modern web technologies. • Implement interactive user interfaces that communicate complex AI functionalities to end-users. • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements. • Optimize frontend performance to deliver fast and efficient user experiences. • Stay up to date with trends in frontend development and AI technologies. • Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills to lead your projects cross-functionally • 8 years of experience as a backend engineer or a full stack engineer • Strong proficiency in backend/frontend development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React • Knowledge of frontend build tools, module bundlers, and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm) • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate user requirements into practical frontend solutions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
