• Product managers set the vision for our growing family of products. We’re responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal: shipping high quality products and creating customer value. • As a Staff Product Manager, you are working diligently to build the essential product and platform capabilities to scale and unify Dropbox's suite of products. You will lead multiple teams in defining new products and platforms that have a company-wide impact. • This year, our focus is to position Dropbox as a center of innovation, where content becomes the essential utility for knowledge and collaboration among knowledge workers by creating magical, reliable, and delightful experiences.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, Applied Mathematics or Statistics, or relevant field. MBA is a plus. • The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of PM experience. • Define and evolve the multi-year platform-building experiences, balancing a portfolio of foundational investments, run-the-business activities, and exploratory bets. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple partner stakeholders. • Demonstrates customer empathy for both internal and external customer needs and behaviors. • Capable of building alignment and listening well, but also able to make tough decisions by framing different options and trade-offs. • Skilled in analyzing and utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions. • A strong communicator with the ability to influence through cross-functional collaboration skills. • Strong technical and domain expertise in platforms. • A proven track record of successful product outcomes from concept to completion. • Comfortable with business strategy, portfolio and investment prioritization, cost analysis, key performance tracking, and financial metrics. • Ability to zoom in and out to deeply understand industry trends, platform ecosystems, and competitive advantages.
