Your journey starts at Dscout. • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist with 1+ year of experience in data analysis, revenue operations, and Salesforce administration. This role combines responsibilities for pipeline and sales analysis, Salesforce dashboard creation, commissions plan administration, and Salesforce system management. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, technical Salesforce expertise, and a passion for optimizing processes that drive sales and revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, revenue operations, or Salesforce administration. • Salesforce Administrator Certification or Trailhead experience (preferred). • Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience in creating custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, or Metabase). • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with sales processes, commission plan structures, and sales technology tools is a plus. • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
