📋 Description

• Rescale is high performance computing built for the cloud. • Empower engineers while giving IT security and control. • Support functions essential to go-to-market productivity. • Optimize Salesforce, support field teams, planning, reporting, and quota setting. • Provide comprehensive support for the Operations team, including front-line sales support, deal management, and general troubleshooting. • Assist with the implementation of new technologies and design processes for operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5 years of total work experience. • Revenue operations experience strongly preferred, but not required. • In the absence of direct revenue operations experience, experience working in a high-growth enterprise software startup environment is required. • Top-notch analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to learn and understand complex concepts. • A strong understanding of data and data reporting. • Strong understanding of and ability to learn to use a variety of software and other technologies. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills that can be applied to all levels of the organization. • Performs well under pressure. • Works well both independently and in a team environment. • Independent thinker. • Willing to accept constructive feedback and unafraid to provide the same. • Takes work very seriously, but doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
