Description

• The Business Analyst will analyze functional and technical requirements for software development projects. • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to create and refine user stories and documentation. • Assist in team facilitation, remove impediments, and ensure high-quality product delivery. • Conduct in-depth analysis to support issue resolution and utilize Agile methodologies for timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing requirements documentation (e.g., user stories, system requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria). • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile. • Ability to analyze workflows, system capabilities, and scheduling limitations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint). • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and deliver timely solutions. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
