Description

• The Fraud Analytics and Strategy team focuses on Financial Crime detection and prevention. • Role contributes to robust risk frameworks supporting WEX’s revenue and fraud loss objectives. • Collaborate with Fraud Investigators and Analytics teams for IAM fraud mitigation strategies. • Leverage analytics and Risk Models to drive improvements in fraud detection. • Connect business problems with data to produce innovative insights. • Optimize Fraud Detection Systems to minimize customer disruptions. • Develop and maintain external partnerships for risk objectives.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Risk Management • Data Management Skills (SQL, Data Lake, Tableau, SnowFlake, Python, etc) • Operations and Industrial Engineering training / certification highly desirable • Proven technical capability in Data Management (SQL, Relational Databases, Data Warehousing Techniques, Data Mart Structure, Application Interfaces) • Data Science Techniques • Systems Management • Passionate about data • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Solutions • Experience in IAM fraud mitigation and prevention • Experience in a Global Company focusing on Technology, Payments Technology or Software Development is desirable. • Proven track record of delivering transformational data projects • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organization, and project management skills • Highly motivated, proactive and innovative • Experience working effectively in global complex organizations • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder timelines and meeting management skills • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and meeting facilitation/ presentations
