Description
• The business analyst serves the vital function of translating business requirements into functional requirements for use by our software development team. • This position will work closely with product management and key project stakeholders to identify the specifications and criteria to which developed software will be upheld. • The business analyst will then deliver this information in the form of detailed, technically-minded user stories without project management system to enable the software development process. • Additionally, this position will be a major driver in refining our agile software development life cycle practices and standard.
Requirements
• Analysis and critical thinking skills • Process & design visualization, diagramming, and mockups • Project management platform (any) • Detail-oriented & well-organized • Application & data structure design • Technical requirements writing • Data management tools • Basic understanding of coding principles, databases and APIs • SQL (preferred) • HTML (preferred) • Proficiency in any modern coding language (preferred) • Agile, Scrum, CBAP, Six Sigma, & PMP certifications (preferred)
